Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit or refund to the original payment method on most eligible items.
Because of our limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we encourage placing a new order and returning the original eligible item.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Final sale items include sale merchandise, mystery bags, socks, and jewelry
For eligible returns:
- Notify us of your return request within 5 calendar days of receiving your item(s)
- Please specify whether you prefer store credit or refund to your original payment method
- Items must be returned in original condition:
- unworn
- unwashed
- smoke-free
- free of deodorant, makeup, pet hair, perfume, or damage
- Original tags must be attached and intact
- Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn, and tried on indoors only. Shoes showing signs of wear, scuffing, dirt, or damage will not be eligible for return.
- Upon approval, returned item(s) must be received within 10 calendar days
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If you received a damaged or defective item, please note this in your return request so we can make it right.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email confirmation of your refund or store credit.
